A Mighty Script for GFirst LEP’s Latest Campaign

When GFirst LEP needed a rallying cry for businesses in the midst of the first COVID-19 lockdown, we leapt into action.

It’s a massive understatement to say the past year has been incredibly tough for business owners. For many of us, seeing everything we have worked for being halted or wiped out almost overnight has been nothing short of soul-destroying.

At the height of the doom and gloom of the summer, we pitched an idea to GFirst LEP around a rallying call to business owners in the county and beyond – a call that would remind them of what they had already achieved, what they were capable of and what they could achieve again.

And with the world changing around GFirst LEP, it also gave us an opportunity to evolve the way in which they talked to the business community in Gloucestershire.

So, we developed an impactful monologue for GFirst LEP’s chief executive David Owen to deliver straight to camera, talking directly to business owners and letting them see that the organisation was behind them and ready to help.

The video, supported by a social advertising campaign devised by the Mighty team, has been a huge success across the region and beyond, with positive feedback coming from all types of companies and sectors.
