Following a period of administration, new ownership and a £1,000,000 investment, Alias was appointed to market every aspect of Chateau Impney Hotel & Exhibition Centre.

We created a brand-new tone of voice, marketing literature and a photography suite, which encompassed everything from hotel rooms, gardens and food to conferencing, exhibitions and weddings. The responsive website was intelligently designed to showcase all the elements of this multi-faceted business, and features an intricate search facility that allows users to compare different event spaces.

Alias managed all the Chateau's social media channels, which had a growing and captive audience, including a 500% increase in Facebook followers. Posters, flyers, ads and signage also fall under our remit. We developed a unique collection of monolithic back-lit exterior signs that can be moved when motorsport events take place in the grounds.

We secured the Chateau's inclusion in The Times' Cool Hotel Guide and helped to establish its live-event business, including a large-scale comedy night. Featuring big-name comedians, including Katherine Ryan, Jason Byrne and Hal Cruttenden, the event has quickly become one of the biggest nights of its type in the region thanks to a successful social media advertising campaign.

We also launched the hunt for the world's first Taster in Residence, a specially appointed person to taste-test and approve all dishes before they go onto the menu. The campaign attracted extensive local, regional, trade and online press, including BBC Radio Hereford & Worcester, the Worcester News, the Birmingham Post, Signal 107, Boutique Hotelier and The Caterer.
